Tyler Hutchinson was born in Chico, California in 1986. After graduating from high school in 2004, he first attended Butte Community College before completing his business degree through the University of Phoenix. Tyler worked as a business analyst for a large health care company while studying to become certified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Tyler then decided to use his knowledge and education to develop his own consulting and marketing business, specializing in small business and start-ups. After seeing numerous small businesses close down for different reasons, he wanted to show them how to buy solo ads, supply high quality marketing, and consulting services at a low price to ensure all businesses could get the help they needed to grow.
In 2012 Tyler decided to build a new business that took the same philosophies that he had set up to form his consulting company and focus them to the general public. After Tyler’s oldest child started going to school, he saw that with budget and funding cut to the public education system, there was a gap in the education process developed from when Tyler had attended school. This is how the Writing to Succeed Children’s Foundation was formed. Tyler developed the programs to be a fun way to get kids involved in reading and writing both in and out of school. The programs are designed to be “virtually based” so that any child can participate. Tyler hopes the foundation is nationwide by 2017.
