Jim Payne Shares His Inspiring Story and the Inspiring Story of Leo Beuerman Part 1

Dr. James S. Payne is Professor of Special Education at the University of Mississippi and a Fulbright Scholar. He has written over 25 books, three of which were the largest selling textbooks in special education. He has consulted with many organizations on accommodations for special needs adults. He is a nationally recognized speaker and trainer. In 2011 he published his first ebook, Life Just Before Death, about his mother-in-law, who lived to be 99 years old. Also in 2011 he published So You Think You Can’t Putt. It applies skills and concepts learned in special education to the putting of a golf ball.

Today Dr. Payne is going to share his story of graduating from high school illiterate and how he learned to read, as well as information from his latest film Leo Beuerman: A Legacy. He also goes into the Three Life Lessons that encompass the film. A very inspiring interview!
