I know this from first-hand experience with my own kids as well as with my students. One of my sons struggled with reading and writing assignments. He ‘hated to read.’ He needed reading help and writing help. Fortunately, I found the underlying cause of his reading struggles and writing struggles and life became much easier!
Learning doesn’t have to be so hard. I believe all children, as well as adults, are talented. Sometimes, though, there is something going on that is interfering with learning which makes reading, writing, spelling, or math harder than it needs to be. And, there is much you can do as a parent to give your child the reading help, writing help, math help, or spelling help they need.
Remember when your child was little? They wanted to learn how to talk, walk, run, and jump. And, it doesn’t have to be! There is a great deal you can do as a parent to give your child reading help, writing help, spelling help, and math help.
